Shipping & Production Policy

Order Fulfillment / Processing Times
Our products are custom-made. If an item is in stock, we can ship quickly. If an item is not in stock, we will custom make the product after you place your order and ship it once your order is complete. We keep customers updated on their order status throughout the process.

Made-to-Order Items (Hand-Tied Flies)
All hand-tied flies are tied to order unless otherwise noted as in stock. By placing an order, you acknowledge that production may take 1–4 weeks before shipment. Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled or returned.

Estimated Completion Time
Each product has a different production timeline. We can provide a more specific estimated completion time once you place your order, or if you contact us directly in advance.

Please note that because we’re busy fulfilling orders, we don’t always respond immediately—but we are actively working even if you don’t hear back the same day. If you’d like an ETA, reaching out to us directly is the best way to get the most accurate timing for your specific order.

Packaging
Items are shipped in bulk and not in commercial packaging unless otherwise requested in advance.

Shipping Method & Delivery Schedule
•    Orders ship via USPS.
•    Orders are typically shipped Monday–Friday.

Shipping Cost
Shipping quotes are fetched in real time from the carrier at checkout. You will be able to see the total price before confirming payment.

Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Occasionally these emails may be incorrectly caught by spam filters—please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t receive it.
