Shipping

Our products are custom-made and can be shipped quickly if the item is in stock. If the product is not in stock, we will custom make the product and ship it once the order is complete. We keep customers updated on their order status.

Each product has a different amount of time associated with production. We will be able to provide you with more specific details on estimated completion time once you place your order or contact us directly in advance. Orders are usually fulfilled in 1-4 weeks.

• Items are shipped in bulk not in commercial packaging unless otherwise requested in advance.
• Orders are shipped USPS.
• Items are typically shipped Monday – Friday.
• Shipping quotes are fetched in real time from the carrier upon checkout. You will be able to see the total price before you confirm payment.
• When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. (Occasionally these are erroneously caught by spam filters, check your spam if you have not gotten one.)
